4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the equivalent fiat value at the time of purchase (network fees may apply).
