Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing

Please note, we can only process the shipment of an order once full payment has been received.

As per standard, we aim to arrange dispatch for all in-stock units within 7 working days once payment has been received. Once the order is dispatched, it is estimated to take 5-10 working days to arrive via the courier company. Please note that all future release units must first be released by and received from the manufacturer before they can be classified as in-stock.

‘Month’ Batch (e.g., April Batch)

This term indicates that these units are part of future release batches and will only be released by the manufacturer during the stated ‘Month.’ Please note that the predicted release month (and/or date) is set by the manufacturer as their best estimate only. Geysir Miners has no control over the exact release date and cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer withholds, withdraws, or delays the batch release.

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order (in-stock or future release batch) has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email, which will include tracking information for your products. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier typically requires one business day from the time you receive this notification.

Depending upon your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our shipping facilities in China, Hong Kong, or the United States (if ordered from a USA-based stock).

Shipping to the Iceland

Any units shipped to Iceland will be dispatched from China or Hong Kong, where the miners are produced. Once the shipment arrives in Iceland, we will clear customs and arrange a courier to deliver the shipment to your specified address.

Delivery Estimates

Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only. Geysir Miners is not to be held accountable for any delays caused by courier companies or manufacturers.

Shipment Inspection

When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable), and all packing materials in case they are needed for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. The carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.

Expected Extra Costs

Purchase of a Suitable Power Cable
Please note, all ASIC miners sold by Geysir Miners are sold with their original/Chinese power outlet cables only. These cables are often unsuitable for use outside China, and for safety reasons, the manufacturer may exclude the Chinese power outlets from units being shipped internationally.

Customs Clearance Fees
For orders shipping outside Iceland:
All Iceland orders, sold and delivered by Geysir Miners, include value-added tax (VAT). All international orders, sold and delivered by Geysir Miners, exclude VAT. We are not liable for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. Geysir Miners shall not be liable for any cost, damage, or expense resulting from errors in calculating taxes and duties for your order.

Undelivered Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undelivered. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Risk and Title Transfer

Please note that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and risk of damage or loss of the products shall be transferred to you. This includes possible shipping fees and Chinese import tax. We do not accept any refund requests in case of customs clearance failure.
